Future-ready integration to pull confirmed appointments from HealthHub and other healthcare appointment systems, with user consent.
Transport can be planned around confirmed polyclinic and specialist appointments, reducing the risk of missed visits.
Recurring transport support designed for NTUC Health, Active Ageing Centre, community club, and senior activity schedules — subject to partner integration.
Families can see upcoming trips for the week and confirm the mobility schedule in advance. "You have 3 appointments this week. Your MobiCare schedule has been prepared. Confirm?"
Family members can receive reminders 3 days before, 24 hours before, and 1 hour before each trip.
If the senior does not confirm readiness before pickup, MobiCare can alert the family and operations team to check in.

Any subscriber can add hours at $28–35/hr depending on tier, billed at end of month. This prevents the "I've used my hours and need one more trip" problem.
